When this form print it shows the patient’s appointment information, current balances, current diagnoses, and current family and consulting doctors. The bottom shows the current insurances and what to schedule for the next visit. For those patient that require referrals, there is a section that tells them exactly what the referral needs to say (this is extremely helpful!).
Physician Automated Messages is a hardware-software combination that automatically calls your patients to remind them of either scheduled appointments or recalls. This system also requires our Appointments module. To create the file needed for PAM97 you need to do the following:
If you try to create a PAM file on a Macintosh you will get the dialog above. You can still create the file but it must be loaded onto the Windows machine with PAM97 installed in order to work.
Click Collect Appts. Confirm your action at the resultant dialog box.
In the Enter Appointment Date dialog enter either a single date or range of dates (5/1/97...5/3/97). If you want just one Providers schedule found make your selection.
Click Find when completed. To cancel to entire process click Cancel.
Click Collect Recall. Confirm your action at the dialog box above left.
In the Recall Date Range dialog enter either a single date or range of dates (5/1/97...5/3/97) and click Continue. To cancel the entire process click cancel.
When either process is completed you can create the PAM file and the dialog below appears. If you want the file created click OK. Otherwise click Cancel. To create the file at any future time click Create File and confirm your action at the dialog on the right!
To use the file you just created with PAM97 please refer to its manual or vendor.
